Guitar Ensemble

The School of Science and Technology, Singapore (SST) Guitar Ensemble was established in 2010 to introduce students at SST to classical guitar music. In 2012, the Ensemble expanded to include members playing Niibori guitars from Japan, enabling a richer and more versatile sound palette through the combination of Japanese and Spanish guitar timbres. Since its inception, the Ensemble has grown steadily in both size and artistic maturity, while remaining a close-knit community of young, passionate musicians. Over the years, the Ensemble has become a family of 60 guitarists.
