1) Information and Communications Technology Executive
The Information and Communications Technology Executive reports to the Information and Communication Technology Manager.
He/She is responsible for Information and Communication Technology matters such as:

Assist the Manager in monitoring the daily operations of the ICT helpdesk, and work with the outsourced Desktop engineer to provide end-user support.
-
Provide support for school events and activities.
-
Maintain and troubleshoot ICT inventory including hardware and software.
-
Maintain inventory of IT and audio-visual systems and equipment and their proper documentation.
-
Monitor IT contracts, renew or procure new service contracts where necessary.
-
Manage student learning portals such as Google workspace, Apple School Manager.
-
Collaborate with external IT infrastructure maintenance team to provide level 1 support.
-
Maintain and prepare internal exam server to meet exam requirements.
-
Responsible for daily operations, conducting briefing on new applications and conduct staff induction.
-
Assist In ICT projects when necessary.
-
Explore new technology that meets school’s needs.
Requirements:
-
Diploma in IT/Computer Science
-
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
-
Window and Apple environment experience would be a plus
-
Good communication and customer service skills.
-
Hands-on experience using Apple, Google related applications.
-
Hands-on experience using Window Server Management (Hyper V Virtualization)
Candidates with Apple certification, and Microsoft Server certification (MCSA/MCSE) would be an added advantage
2) Laboratory Technician
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support teaching and learning in the following areas:
-
Preparation of laboratory materials, hand tools, and components for lessons and examinations
-
Troubleshoot and maintenance of laboratory tools and instruments
-
Management of laboratory space for student projects, project equipment, materials and storage
-
Assist in managing activities in the laboratories and ensure safety procedures are observed
-
Perform daily housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and tidiness of laboratories.
-
Liaise with vendors and evaluate quotations from suppliers for laboratory equipment and electronics components.
-
Track and maintain laboratory documentation (i.e., Risk Assessments and Components Data Sheets) and inventory of laboratory equipment, hand tools and components.
Requirements:
-
Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
-
Knowledge in Electronics/Mechatronics
-
Knowledge and hands-on experience in operating Electronics measuring instruments such as Digital Oscilloscope, Digital Power Supplies, Digital Function Generator and Digital Multimeter
-
Able to understand PCB schematics, PCB/circuit layouts
-
Possesses good soldering skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Circuit Simulation
-
Physically fit and not colour vision deficient
-
Team player and able to work independently

*Successful applicants will be required to teach Innovation and Entrepreneurship, which is a module in the school's signature ChangeMakers Programme. Under this programme, lower secondary students learn problem solving skills, acquire key concepts of entrepreneurship and work on real world problems.
The teacher will participate and contribute to the planning, developing,
and teaching of an integrated curriculum/assigned subject. This includes
creating and developing units of study, lesson plans, assessments, and
appropriate rubrics.
Besides supporting departments/school programmes, the teacher should be open
to learning and adopting innovative pedagogies and technology and be passionate
about nurturing students' (13-16 years) moral and performance character
development.
