Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver creative and engaging lessons in Art, Design, Media & Technology.

Incorporate design thinking, digital tools, and applied learning approaches into the classroom.

Guide students through the creative process, from ideation to prototyping and showcasing their work.

Job Requirements

A recognised degree in Art, Design, Media, Technology, or related fields.

2) English Language Teacher

4) Computing and Cybersecurity Teacher
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Teach core and applied computing modules, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and Python programming.

Design learner-centred lessons that build skills in secure coding, threat analysis, and ethical hacking.

Guide students through real-world projects aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
-
Lead and mentor student talent through CCAs such as coding clubs, cybersecurity competitions, and SST Inc. Girls-In-Tech.

Lead female students in overseas education partnerships and programme.
Job Requirements
-
A recognised Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
-
Proficiency in cybersecurity concepts (secure systems, threat mitigation, ethical hacking) and Python programming.
-
Strong classroom facilitation skills and a commitment to applied, inquiry-based learning.
-
Openness to overseas travel for collaborative student programmes.
Preferred Qualifications

Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or CISSP.
-
Experience in curriculum design, student mentorship, or managing CCA programmes in cybersecurity or computing.

Familiarity with EdTech platforms, cloud tools, and innovative teaching pedagogies.
5) Subject Head History/ Social Studies
Duties and Responsibilities

Support the Head of Department to develop a shared learning vision for the team as aligned with the department’s vision.

Support Head of Department in curriculum leadership and strategic planning to establish effective frameworks to monitor and evaluate instructional programmes.

Promotes a community of learners and culture of innovation of team members.

Has strong knowledge of the curriculum and pedagogy to improve students’ learning outcomes.

8) Science (Biology/ Chemistry) FAJT
9) Mathematics Teacher
The teacher will participate and contribute to the planning, developing,
and teaching of an integrated curriculum/assigned subject. This includes
creating and developing units of study, lesson plans, assessments, and
appropriate rubrics.
Besides supporting departments/school programmes, the teacher should be open
to learning and adopting innovative pedagogies and technology and be passionate
about nurturing students' (13-16 years) moral and performance character
development.

Join Our Administrative Team
1) Operations Executive
Duties and Responsibilities
a) Estate & Facility Operations:
-
Oversee the upkeep of school buildings as assigned by the Operations Manager
-
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all key systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing etc)
-
Conduct regular inspections, initiate timely repairs and recommend improvement plans
-
Ensure school infrastructure complies with local building code, safety regulations and MOE Guidelines
-
Address feedback or facility issues promptly and professionally
-
Ensure school is ready for the start of school day
b) School Operations:
-
Oversee and ensure school opens on time
-
Be on ground to ensure smooth traffic flow during morning peak hour period
-
Cover front-desk duties as and when necessary
Security Management:
-
Oversee daily security operations and manage outsourced security personnel
-
Oversee drop-off point during the morning peak hour period
-
Manage requests for viewing of CCTV footage
-
Manage staff card access system and issuance of staff access card
-
Manage METRO season parking system and issuance of staff parking car decal
c) Project Management:
-
Plan, coordinate and oversee projects assigned by the Operations Manager
-
Prepare specification documents, evaluation reports and other documentation for Invitations to Quote (ITQ) and Invitations to Tender (ITT)
-
Supervise contractors and worksites to ensure safety, quality and compliance
-
Ensure Quality assurance processes for project completion verification before payment processing
d) Event & Logistic Management:
-
Plan and support logistics (Venue setup/ moving of tables and chairs/ parking) for school events
-
Support logistics for school day to day operations
Job Requirements
-
Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management of Equivalent
-
Candidates without the minimum qualifications but with at least 5 years of relevant prior experience may apply
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management (including managing outsourced security guards) preferably in a school environment
-
Experience managing renovation, repair and improvement projects, preferably in a school environment
-
Understanding of building systems, maintenance protocols and safety standards
-
Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and vendors
-
Team player and but able to work and lead projects independently
