Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver creative and engaging lessons in Art, Design, Media & Technology.

Job Requirements

A recognised degree in Art, Design, Media, Technology, or related fields.

2) English Language Teacher

3) Chinese Language Teacher
Duties and Responsibilities

4) Computing and Cybersecurity Teacher
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Teach core and applied computing modules, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and Python programming.

Design learner-centred lessons that build skills in secure coding, threat analysis, and ethical hacking.

Guide students through real-world projects aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Lead and mentor student talent through CCAs such as coding clubs, cybersecurity competitions, and SST Inc. Girls-In-Tech.

Lead female students in overseas education partnerships and programme.
Job Requirements

A recognised Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Proficiency in cybersecurity concepts (secure systems, threat mitigation, ethical hacking) and Python programming.

Strong classroom facilitation skills and a commitment to applied, inquiry-based learning.

Openness to overseas travel for collaborative student programmes.
Preferred Qualifications

Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or CISSP.

Experience in curriculum design, student mentorship, or managing CCA programmes in cybersecurity or computing.

Familiarity with EdTech platforms, cloud tools, and innovative teaching pedagogies.

Join Our Administrative Team
1) ICT Executive (1 Year Contract)
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Assist the Manager with day-to-day ICT service operations, helpdesk, and end-user support. Collaborate with outsourced desktop engineer to provide ongoing ICT support.
-
Assist the Manager track ICT hardware and services maintenance contract status
-
Troubleshoot and resolve access issues related to student and staff learning portals (Microsoft, Google Workspace, Apple School Manager).
-
Maintain and update AV systems, ICT hardware, and software.
-
Maintain accurate inventory records of all ICT assets including hardware and software.
-
Provide Audio Visual support and equipment setup for school events and activities.
-
Assist Manager in ICT related projects.
Job Requirements

Diploma in IT/Computer Science

Minimum 1-year relevant work experience in lieu of diploma. Prior experience in providing support for Apple Operating Systems is a plus.

2) Operations Executive
Duties and Responsibilities
a) Estate & Facility Operations:
-
Oversee the upkeep of school buildings as assigned by the Operations Manager
-
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all key systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing etc)
-
Conduct regular inspections, initiate timely repairs and recommend improvement plans
-
Ensure school infrastructure complies with local building code, safety regulations and MOE Guidelines
-
Address feedback or facility issues promptly and professionally
-
Ensure school is ready for the start of school day
b) School Operations:
-
Oversee and ensure school opens on time
-
Be on ground to ensure smooth traffic flow during morning peak hour period
-
Cover front-desk duties as and when necessary
Security Management:

Oversee daily security operations and manage outsourced security personnel

Oversee drop-off point during the morning peak hour period
-
Manage requests for viewing of CCTV footage

Manage staff card access system and issuance of staff access card

Manage METRO season parking system and issuance of staff parking car decal
c) Project Management:

Plan, coordinate and oversee projects assigned by the Operations Manager

Prepare specification documents, evaluation reports and other documentation for Invitations to Quote (ITQ) and Invitations to Tender (ITT)

Supervise contractors and worksites to ensure safety, quality and compliance

Ensure Quality assurance processes for project completion verification before payment processing
d) Event & Logistic Management:

Plan and support logistics (Venue setup/ moving of tables and chairs/ parking) for school events

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management of Equivalent

Candidates without the minimum qualifications but with at least 5 years of relevant prior experience may apply

Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management (including managing outsourced security guards) preferably in a school environment

Experience managing renovation, repair and improvement projects, preferably in a school environment

3) Student Affairs and Services Executive
Duties and Responsibilities
The Student Affairs and Services Executive support the Department in the following:
a) Scholarships, Bursaries and Financial Assistance:

Administrative support of Independent School Bursary (ISB), Uplift, Edusave and other scholarship applications

Smart buddy meals subsidy system administrator
-
Supports school programme payment and collection process
b) Student Services:
-
Endorsement of student insurance
-
Assist in the distribution of School Graduation Certificate and other relevant materials when required

Processing of various student services request forms
-
Supports Direct School Admission (DSA) Exercise
-
Administrative support for students’ overseas trip
-
Management of CCA coaches’ information
-
Attends to student requiring first aid assistance
c) External Services:

Supports management of uniform and bookstore vendors

Administrative support for students’ purchase of laptop

Liaison contact and support for Health and Dental Screening, NRIC Registration and other relevant services
d) Any other duties as assigned and required by the school.

4) Temporary Communications & Engagement Assistant (January - May 2026 period)
Duties and Responsibilities
The Communications & Engagement (CED) Assistant supports the Manager and Executive in administration-centred activities such as:
-
Providing marketing and corporate communications support to the school through assisting in the production of collaterals (e.g. branding materials, corporate videos, etc.). Depending on the project, this may require the job holder to produce written, graphic and/or multimedia contents
-
Requesting for contents from event owners and creating social media posts. Uploading the finalised posts after the vetting process.
-
Assisting with the creation of the termly newsletter
-
Promoting positive relations with stakeholders and partners by supporting school events, outreach activities and visits (group photo-taking at the green wall, set-up Heritage Hub and/or Visitor Centre, if required)
-
Assisting with the planning and conduct of the photography sessions (liaising with the photographer and staff)
-
Assisting with group or event photo-taking requests by event owners
-
Fulfilling corporate gifts requests by staff and updating the corporate gifts inventory

Supporting any other CED related tasks
Job Requirements
