Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver creative and engaging lessons in Art, Design, Media & Technology.

Incorporate design thinking, digital tools, and applied learning approaches into the classroom.

Guide students through the creative process, from ideation to prototyping and showcasing their work.

Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary projects that connect with other subject areas.

Support co-curricular programmes, projects, and events that foster innovation and creative confidence.
Job Requirements

A recognised degree in Art, Design, Media, Technology, or related fields.

Passion for applied learning, creativity, and interdisciplinary teaching.

Proficiency in relevant design and/or multimedia software.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a student-centred approach.

Teaching qualification and experience in a school setting are preferred, but industry professionals with a passion for education are welcome to apply.

The teacher will participate and contribute to the planning, developing,
and teaching of an integrated curriculum/assigned subject. This includes
creating and developing units of study, lesson plans, assessments, and
appropriate rubrics.
Besides supporting departments/school programmes, the teacher should be open
to learning and adopting innovative pedagogies and technology and be passionate
about nurturing students' (13-16 years) moral and performance character
development.

Join Our Administrative Team
1) ICT Executive (1 Year Contract)
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Assist the Manager with day-to-day ICT service operations, helpdesk, and end-user support. Collaborate with outsourced desktop engineer to provide ongoing ICT support.

Assist the Manager track ICT hardware and services maintenance contract status
-
Troubleshoot and resolve access issues related to student and staff learning portals (Microsoft, Google Workspace, Apple School Manager).
-
Maintain and update AV systems, ICT hardware, and software.
-
Maintain accurate inventory records of all ICT assets including hardware and software.
-
Provide Audio Visual support and equipment setup for school events and activities.
-
Assist Manager in ICT related projects.
Job Requirements
-
Diploma in IT/Computer Science
-
Minimum 1-year relevant work experience in lieu of diploma. Prior experience in providing support for Apple Operating Systems is a plus.
-
Collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work well in a team environment
-
Good communications and customer service skills.

The following technical Certification is an added advantage:

2) Operations Executive
Duties and Responsibilities
Estate & Facility Operations:
-
Oversee the upkeep of school buildings as assigned by the Operations Manager
-
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all key systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing etc)
-
Conduct regular inspections, initiate timely repairs and recommend improvement plans
-
Ensure school infrastructure complies with local building code, safety regulations and MOE Guidelines
-
Address feedback or facility issues promptly and professionally
-
Ensure school is ready for the start of school day
School Operations:
-
Oversee and ensure school opens on time
-
Be on ground to ensure smooth traffic flow during morning peak hour period
-
Cover front-desk duties as and when necessary
Security Management:
-
Oversee daily security operations and manage outsourced security personnel
-
Oversee drop-off point during the morning peak hour period
-
Manage requests for viewing of CCTV footage
-
Manage staff card access system and issuance of staff access card
-
Manage METRO season parking system and issuance of staff parking car decal
Project Management:
-
Plan, coordinate and oversee projects assigned by the Operations Manager
-
Prepare specification documents, evaluation reports and other documentation for Invitations to Quote (ITQ) and Invitations to Tender (ITT)
-
Supervise contractors and worksites to ensure safety, quality and compliance
-
Ensure Quality assurance processes for project completion verification before payment processing
Event & Logistic Management:
-
Plan and support logistics (Venue setup/ moving of tables and chairs/ parking) for school events
-
Support logistics for school day to day operations
Job Requirements
-
Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management of Equivalent
-
Candidates without the minimum qualifications but with at least 5 years of relevant prior experience may apply
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management (including managing outsourced security guards) preferably in a school environment
-
Experience managing renovation, repair and improvement projects, preferably in a school environment
-
Understanding of building systems, maintenance protocols and safety standards
-
Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and vendors
-
Team player and but able to work and lead projects independently
