At the heart of the Student Development (SD) Programme is the school-wide Character Education (CE) Programme that aims to nurture the young ladies and gentlemen at SST into individuals who possess the moral courage to do the right things and make the right decisions in life.

The CE Programme also aims to develop the intellectual dispositions as well as the personal and inter-personal competencies (SST’s 10 Cs) to enable students to thrive in the 21^st century.
