Year 1 Admission

SST admits all our Secondary 1 students into the Express Stream through the MOE Direct School Admission Secondary (MOE DSA-Sec) exercise; it does not participate in the MOE Secondary One Posting Exercise. Student applicants who are successfully posted through the DSA-Sec exercise will not participate in the MOE Secondary One Posting Exercise.

Parents and students are encouraged to choose schools wisely based on the student’s aptitudes and strengths, bearing in mind the schools’ academic and non-academic requirements, and the programmes available to develop their area of talent.

The SST DSA-Sec Exercise allows SST to admit students who show a strong passion and aptitude for science and technology, and learning in the applied way. As it admits all its students through the DSA-Sec Exercise, students who wish to be considered for a place in SST are strongly encouraged to apply through the DSA-Sec Exercise.

The application period for DSA-Sec 2017 starts from 10 April 2017, 9.00 a.m. to 7 July 2017, 5.00p.m.
