  • Recognised teaching qualification.
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience.
  • Possess curriculum design knowledge and skills.

Human Resource Executive

The HR Executive reports to the HR Manager and supports the Department in the timely delivery of HR policies, programmes and services which are in line with local regulations and industry best practices.

Job Description:

  • Perform duties relating to recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding.
  • Administer employee’s records and staff benefits.
  • Maintain training records, register training programmes and submit claims.
  • Provide response to employee’s enquires on HR-related matters.
  • Prepare HR reports and meeting related materials periodically.
  • Provide support on HR initiatives/projects to meet the school’s goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management. Those without diploma but possess relevant experience may also apply.
  • 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Service oriented and meticulous to details.

Operations Executive

The Operations Executive reports to the Operations Manager and supports the Operations Department in premise management, and general daily operations of the school. 

Job Description:

  • Manage and follow-up on issues related to the core operation services (eg. building, turfing, cleaning, M&E and pest control), safety & security and infrastructure.
  • Assist the Operations Manager to manage and supervise projects (eg. A&A works, painting works and power shutdown).
  • Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring that all statutory licenses (eg. Lift Certificates, Electrical Certificates, etc) are obtained and renewed on time.
  • Attend to ground issues or incidents (eg. power trips, faulty student lockers and door locks).
  • Manage logistics support for events and examinations.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Operations Manager or School Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Facilities Management/Building Services Engineering. Those without diploma but possess relevant experience may also apply.
  • 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience working in school/educational environment will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of M&E system and general infrastructure maintenance, and building management.
  • A team player.
  • Ability to supervise adult workers.
  • Service oriented and meticulous to details.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant reports to the Administration Manager and supports the Administration Department in the general office administration, and student administration matters.  

Job Description:

General Office Administration
  • Attend to phone and walk-in enquiries.
  • Manage and oversee the procurement of office stationery supplies.
  •  Oversee the proper functioning and maintenance of the office equipment (eg. photocopiers).
  •  In charge of arrangements for courier services.
  • Assist in printing requests.
Student Administration
  • In charge of processing MOE Independent School Bursary (ISB) applications.
  • Attend to students at sickbay and administer basic first aid where necessary.
  • Manage the hiring of bus services for school events.

Job Requirements:

  • GCE “O” Level and above.
  • 2 years of working experience in general office administration.
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • First-aid certified (if not, training will be provided).
  • May be required to start work at 7:00 am.

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager reports to the Vice Principal (Administration) and ensures that the Operations Department achieves the school objectives.

Job Description:

Facilities Management
  • Work closely with Building, Mechanical & Electrical and Landscape vendors on routine maintenance and cleaning, which include pest control.
  • Oversee improvement works.
  • Manage utilities supplies.
School Security
  • Plan and execute access control to strengthen school’s security.
  • Ensure security measures such as CCTV monitoring and patrols are carried out.
  • Traffic management.
Safety and Emergency Planning
  • Maintain equipment readiness for use in an emergency.
  • Develop and update SOPs and conduct briefings to ensure staff familiarity with SOPs.
Logistics Support
  • Provide support for school events and programmes.
Canteen and Cafe Operations
  • Ensure uninterrupted service to meet school’s needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Facilities Management/Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years working experience in the relevant areas.
  • Knowledge of contract management and experience in a school environment would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate leadership ability and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate to peers and management clearly and in a timely manner.
  • Contactable after school hours, to respond to emergencies.
