Teacher (Sports & Wellness) 

Job Requirements:

  • A good Bachelor or Postgraduate Degree in related discipline
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience
  • Possess curriculum design knowledge and skills
  • ICT skills will be an added advantage but an openness to learning and development is more important

 

Teacher (Electronics & Physics)

Job Requirements:

  • A good Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • Proficient in electrical and electronics fundamentals
  • Able to guide students to design authentic electrical and electronic gadgets and products
  • Some teaching and curriculum design experiences will be an added advantage
  • ICT skills will be an added advantage but an openness to learning and development is more important

ADMT Studio Instructor

Job Description:

  • In charge of the maintenance of equipments, tools and safety in the Design Studio space and related working areas
  • Maintain inventory of tools and materials within the department, including issuing and returning
  • Assist in imparting maker-centric, modeling and prototyping practical skills to students and staff
  • Assist teachers in the supervision of students
  • Co-develop relevant teaching aids, materials, training manuals and maker-centric programmes for lessons and professional development (PD) sessions
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely acquisition of resources

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma, or those with suitable experience, in a design discipline or related maker-centric fields
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a design-studio or/and workshop environment
  • Have deep knowledge and experience in the areas of Computer Aided Design (CAD), 3D printing, Laser Cut technology and related areas, and are able to facilitate students’ learning in these areas
  • Have deep passion to teach students about design and related disciplines
  • Able to take initiative, and work closely with others to achieve desired outcomes
  • Able to independently produce reports, manuals and training programmes, where relevant
  • Is an independent and meticulous worker

 

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager reports to the Vice Principal (Administration) and ensures that the Operations Department achieves the school objectives.

Job Description:

Facilities Management

  • Work closely with Building, Mechanical & Electrical and Landscape vendors on routine maintenance and cleaning, which include pest control
  • Oversee improvement works
  • Manage utilities supplies

School Security

  • Plan and execute access control to strengthen school’s security
  • Ensure security measures such as CCTV monitoring and patrols are carried out
  • Traffic management

Safety and Emergency Planning

  • Maintain equipment readiness for use in an emergency
  • Develop and update SOPs and conduct briefings to ensure staff familiarity with SOPs

Logistics Support

  • Provide support for school events and programmes

Canteen and Cafe Operations

  • Ensure uninterrupted service to meet school’s needs

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Facilities Management/Building Services Engineering
  • At least 5 years working experience in the relevant areas
  • Knowledge of contract management and experience in a school environment would be an advantage
  • Demonstrate leadership ability and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate to peers and management clearly and in a timely manner
  • Contactable after school hours, to respond to emergencies
